Our department academicians participated in the book launch and symposium titled “Lithium Ion Batteries in Electric Vehicles” organized by Automotive Technologies Platform (OTEP). The chapters “Mineral reserve and enrichment methods” written by Prof. Dr. Murat Olgaç Kangal and our research assistants Zeynep Üçerler, Tülay Türk and Oğuzhan Mert Gürkan and “Battery traceability and recycling” written by the group including Prof. Dr. Fırat Burat were presented at the symposium organized by the Automotive Technologies Platform. The book titled “Lithium Ion Batteries in Electric Vehicles” containing valuable information prepared by our professors has been published. We wish our esteemed professors continued success.
