Our guest was Mr. Şahan Gül as part of the 'Mineral Processing Online Seminars' organized by the Mineral Processing Engineering Club of Istanbul Technical University.

Our guest completed his undergraduate education in ITU Mineral Processing Engineering and also holds a master's degree in ITU Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. During his undergraduate years, he was the chairman of ITU Mineral Processing Engineering Club and founding chairman of the Dormitory Mining Development Foundation-Youth Committee. He is currently working as a Scientific Researcher at the Helmholtz Institute (Germany) on flotation. In the past three years, he has been at St. Petersburg University of Mining and Technology. He is currently a graduate student in Montanuniversitaet Leoben (Austria) and Bergakademie Freiberg.

In the seminar, which was held with the participation of our valuable department lecturers, graduates and students, Mr. Şahan Gül talked about his experience while providing information about the scholarship opportunities abroad, what kind of education is abroad and which courses are given.
